Founder and CEO

Jagadish Balakrishnan

Jagadish Balakrishnan, an Avid Racer and Automotive Enthusiast in his teens, is an Alumni from T.A. Pai Management Institute with 20+ years Experience in businesses across South East Asia and India.

His extensive travel across 30+ countries makes him a natural at understanding Global Socio-Cultural Practices which were further harnessed with his trainings across Canada, Germany, France, England & USA.

On his return to India from his previous assignment as the Regional Head of a Singaporean Based Organisation he joined his father’s Talent Acquisition Firm. Noticing his passion for Automotive TA, his father gave him his first set of automotive clients along with his brand to expand and grow the Firm.

The big break came with acquisition of Ford India as their client in 2004, there was no looking back for Team Amor post the same. Parallelly Team Amor went onto complete 50+ Greenfield Projects, 100+ Leadership Hiring and Multiple RPO’s PAN India as on 2019.

Management Team

Murali Ranganathan, General Manager

A Masters in Business Management, a Seasoned Sales & Talent Acquisition Professional with 20+ years of experience. Over the last decade he has honed his skills across Leadership Hiring, Client Acquisition and Team Management.

Murali brings a proven track of successfully driving Talent Acquisition businesses PAN India. His hands on experience in Talent Acquisition, Operational Leadership and Support to Sales adds significant value to Team Amor.

V. Gomathithasan, Operations Leader

An MBA and a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering, is a home-grown talent with more than a decade of experience working with Team Amor. He has been the pillar of the organisation and driving operational excellence across the organisation.

He drives the Talent Acquisition Operations for the organisation and a Subject Matter Expert in Automotive Talent Acquisition. He also wears the hat of the Technical Leader for TA Mandates as our Engineering Specialist.

N. Nithya, Head – Executive Search Services

With a Masters in Social Work, she brings more than 15+ years of Talent Acquisition Experience spread across Chemicals, Pharma, Energy, Engineering Technologies and Shipping domains.

Nithya drives Amor’s Leadership Hiring Practice (LHP) and has been instrumental is closing multiple Search Mandates including Retained, Contingency and Exclusive Search. She is also instrumental in driving TA Processes and Systems Deployment in the organisation.

D. Ganesh, Divisional Head – Consulting

An MBA with more than a decade of experience in Automotive Talent Acquisition, drives the Consulting Practice Systems and Processes at Amor.

He is an Astute TA Specialist who brings immense strength in driving Critical and Complex Mandates across Key Clients PAN India. He comes with extensive experience in Recruitment across various industries.

J. Krithiga, Divisional Manager

An MBA with Graduation in Electronics & Communication Engineering comes with a decade plus of experience of Talent Acquisition combined with a HR Generalist Profile.

She is the Client Relations Leader driving Consulting and Operational deliveries across Key Clients PAN India. Managing and Mentoring a large team of Consultants, she aggressively rides deliveries across the Automotive and Manufacturing Industry and ensures constant customer delight.

M. Dinesh, Consulting Manager

An MBA from the University of Wales and an Engineering Graduate, he comes with almost a decade of Talent Acquisition experience in Automotive, Engineering, Infra & Government Sector related TA projects.
