Jagadish Balakrishnan, an Avid Racer and Automotive Enthusiast in his teens, is an Alumni from T.A. Pai Management Institute with 20+ years Experience in businesses across South East Asia and India.
His extensive travel across 30+ countries makes him a natural at understanding Global Socio-Cultural Practices which were further harnessed with his trainings across Canada, Germany, France, England & USA.
On his return to India from his previous assignment as the Regional Head of a Singaporean Based Organisation he joined his father’s Talent Acquisition Firm. Noticing his passion for Automotive TA, his father gave him his first set of automotive clients along with his brand to expand and grow the Firm.
The big break came with acquisition of Ford India as their client in 2004, there was no looking back for Team Amor post the same. Parallelly Team Amor went onto complete 50+ Greenfield Projects, 100+ Leadership Hiring and Multiple RPO’s PAN India as on 2019.
